CIRA acknowledges departing Board Member Rick Anderson’s contribution

Ottawa, July 19, 2012 - The Canadian Internet Registration Authority (CIRA) would like to recognize and thank departing Board Member Rick Anderson for his dedicated service over the past ten years.

Mr. Anderson was appointed to the Board in January 2003 and during his tenure, he was Vice-Chair, Chair of the Audit Committee as well as member of the Budget Committee.

“It is through the contributions of our Board Members like Mr. Anderson’s that CIRA has continued to grow and to serve .CA Members and the Canadian Internet Community” said Byron Holland, President and CEO of CIRA. “As a long-serving Board Member, his guidance and expertise in the Internet industry has been greatly appreciated.”
